The kiosks will be open twenty-four hours a day, and are thoroughly cleaned and disinfected. Visitors will pay a reduced fee of $10 per test at the kiosks. The full-service testing stations will charge $14 per test.

The VEIP stations in Maryland will be open on Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Tuesday through Wednesday from 7 a.m. to 7 a.m., and Saturdays from 7 a.m. to 1 a.m. All VEIP tests are free, and usually take about ten minutes. The MVA has ordered the reopening of VEIP stations in Maryland until January 4, 2021. The closures of MVA and VEIP facilities will have no impact on motorists. Nevertheless, drivers should avoid any charge from a VEIP station. In addition, they will also not have to wait more than three days for the test to be completed. The reopened VEIP stations will also provide a convenient service for drivers.
